my first post is a step by step how to make Spicy Mushroom Fettucini. this was my lunch. just made it btw :D. hope you like it.
what you need :
how :
- boil 1000 ml of water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. add fettucini, boiled until cooked. remove and drain.
- heat the oil. saute garlic and red chili until fragrant. add eggs. stir until grained
- add mushrooms. stir well. add the fish sauce and black pepper. stir
- add fettucini and celery. stir well.
this is it !!!
easy right? for 4 servings. 30 minutes cooking. Good Luck :)
